All of our products were designed to be used in conjunction with one another to enhance certain effects for a specific outcome. Below we have created basic instructions and suggested a potential weekly schedule to help guide you at the beginning. The more aware you become, the more you can tailor the supplements to your lifestyle and needs. Taking breaks and swapping out supplements is incredibly important to reset your tolerance between bottles
At MindfulMEDS we recognized the many benefits of pairing nootropics, adaptogens, and other supplements with microdosing to create specific goals for our community. Stacking is the process of combining two or more supplements to elevate specific properties and enhance results. We suggest focusing on one goal at a time (focus, physical performance, spiritual growth, connection to self, deeper introspection, etc).
Our Microdoses are designed to be taken on a standard microdosing protocol of 5 days on, 2 days off OR 1 day on 2 days off to allow for your tolerance to remain low and consistent throughout your 4-8 week cycle before taking 2-4 week long break to reset tolerance levels. Our Functional Supplements are designed to be taken 1-3 times daily (morning, afternoon, and/or night) and can be taken continuously (even on microdosing-off days) for 8-12 weeks. After that, we suggest cycling through different supplements to support all aspects of the mind, body, and soul.

Note: If you are sensitive to medications or would like a slower start, take 30-45 minutes after a meal.
For our Microdoses, we suggest 5 days on, and 2 days off (created by Mycologist Paul Stamets). A protocol creates structure when using our microdosing products, including dosage, time of day, and when to take days off. We suggest starting at 50-100mg dose per day for beginners. Follow your chosen protocol for 4-8 weeks with a 2-4 week break to reset tolerance levels. Functional Supplements can be taken every day.

They’ve been great. I had to get a couple lower dose active ingredient and they are perfect. I like having the variety to choose from depending on the days activities and events. The immunity is a great gut blend too. Definitely noticing some differences.
